20th ANNIVERSARY GALA - MAY 18

           

Atascadero Mayor Mike Brennler presents Friends of the Library President Grenda Ernst with a proclamation honoring the Library on its 20th anniversary. A gala party was held at the library to celebrate the anniversary.
 
     

The Atascadero High School Show Choir provided the music and the Drama Department presented a playlet called "The Fussy Princess."

Additional entertainment included Jim Wilson Magic Show, face painting, a clown, balloon animals, cake, smoothies and popcorn.  There were two free raffles.  One was for the children which had a wide range of books and games as prizes.  The second one for adults included gift certificates for A&W, In-N-Out Burger, Fatte's Pizza, Tesoro Gasoline, passes to Park Cinemas, a family membership to FOL, and T-shirts.  All prizes were donated, as were the signs provided by Sign-A-Rama, saluting our donors, and announcing the schedule of events.
